The colorful cardinal, berries, poinsettias and holly that make up this wintery wreath Welcome Flag were so fun to paint. You can hang it from a freestanding pole in your yard or garden, or from a wooden dowel by your front door for a splash of holiday cheer. Guests and neighbors will love how festive and inviting your home and yard looks with this unique yard decor. This is my original design and was inspired by a cardinal I spotted in a tree in my backyard.
